Refunds/Returns

 

Every item we sell goes through a thorough quality check and we make every effort to describe items correctly and fully, highlighting any signs of wear and use. By using our website you accept that the items you receive are second-hand.

 

However, we accept that sometimes mistakes are made and defects maybe missed. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately at hello@babystock.co.uk If any item is defective, the condition is not as described, you have received an incorrect item, or an item is missing from your order. We will investigate the issue and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused for clothing, and with tags/packaging if applicable. Please retain proof of postage when you return an item, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit. 

Please email hello@babystock.co.uk with your relevant order number and details of the items you would like to return. We will reply with all the information you need to return your item. We will pay the cost of return postage if there was an error on our part (either with the order or with the item description). If the reason for the return is not accurate, then you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item.

 

We hope that you are completely happy with the items you receive, however, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of your item. If you have simply changed your mind about an item, we are not able to cover the cost of return postage.  

Non-returnable/non-refundable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get what you want is to make a separate purchase of the new item, and return the item you have.
